I was admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal bars in 1984. I have focused my practice on personal injury law and real estate transactions. I handle each case and transaction personally and pride myself on providing my clients with prompt attention and service. I do my best to educate my clients about the legal system and the substance of the matter at hand. Most clients find it reassuring to understand the legal process and what to expect.

I have extensive litigation experience, am a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers and have argued numerous cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. I have handled hundreds of real estate closings and have extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate law. I appear before local boards on zoning matters and can help you navigate through the most intricate transaction.

I am married and have two grown children. I am an active volunteer in both the Vineyard and Amherst communities. I have taught Constitutional law at both the high school and college levels and continue to pursue my love of teaching.
